These sessions are for any sport your child would like to get better at. If you choose this program, we will specifically assign you a personal trainer who has many years of experience playing that sport, as well as being able to teach your child how they can improve their game and take it to the next level. This is great for kids of all ages to help them improve as they get into the higher levels of sport.

We are students from the ages of 16-18 in the Leaside area that are committed to helping kids improve their fitness amidst this pandemic. We are taking the proper precautions in order to keep everyone safe, and have a good time.
At Infinity Fitness Plus, we take pride in not only helping the youth with their fitness, but teaching them how they can use the teachings in real everyday life. Our trainers are specifically trained, with 5+ years of individual athletic training, that will help your child succeed in whatever sport they may play.
Spencer is the owner of Infinity Fitness Plus. He has done competitive Track and Field for 9 years now, and has competed in many high level track meets across Canada and the US. Spencer specializes in the 100m and 200m races. He also played on the championship winning, Leaside High School Varsity football team in the fall 2019.
Weagbe is an all-around athlete in Football, Basketball, and Track. He has had 8 years of experience in each of the sports. He is also on the Leaside Lancers Varsity Championship football team and was the finals MVP in the fall 2019.
Alex has been playing competitive soccer at a high level for 8 years now. He has played in the CSL soccer league since 2013.
Jeffrey has been running Track and Field for 6 years now. He is a 110m hurdle specialist and has qualified for OFSAA 2 years in a row. He was also on the Leaside Varsity championship football team.
Anya is a competitive basketball player with over 5 years of experience. She has trained with some of the best coaches in Toronto. In her junior year of high school, she won MVP for the 2019 - 2020 season. She has also trained younger basketball athletes for the Jr.Nba association.
Erika has played multiple sports including lacrosse, volleyball, and rugby. Erika has 6 years of experience playing competitive volleyball. She also plays for the beaches lacrosse team, and was on the championship winning Leaside Lancers team this past year.
Quinn is a single A hockey player and plays rep ball hockey. He has played since 2012 and continues to do so today.
